Self manage your own website

Your website is your most reliable online marketing channel and business asset because you own it. With total creative control over your brand, you’re able to tell your story in a multitude of different ways.

From your brand colors, marketing copy, professional photographs, and videos, your website is all about your business. So it makes sense that you manage the content.

Well designed websites engage your customers

Imagine you have a professionally designed website with well-crafted content! You have created an online user experience that is engaging and focuses on what your customers want and need. Now when your customers search for your business website on search engines, it is easy to find.

They click on the website link and go straight through to your landing page that you have prepared for them. The customer finds what they are looking for and purchases your products or services. Happy with your customer service, the customer recommends your business to other people.

We help enhance the customer experience

Get in the Loop design and build mobile friendly WordPress websites that are fast and integrate well with Google, social and email marketing platforms.

Website planning

Our discovery meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know your story and understand what you want to achieve online.

From there, we create your personalised web marketing roadmap, that plans out the website build, the launch and ongoing marketing. We review your brand, content (video, images and copy), call to actions and touch points, and then recommend the best type of website to tell your unique story.

At this stage we’re also thinking about your email marketing and social media integration.

Website design & development

After sign off we work with you to gather your content using smart online tools that provide a structured approach to help keep the project on track.

Usually a website starts with a minimum of 5 to 10 pages, such as – home, about, products, services, blog and contact. With our WordPress CMS (content management system), you can easily make changes and add more pages after the launch. So your website expands and grows alongside your business.

Website training

Once your website is launched, we teach you how to update and publish your content with personalised training videos. We also show you how to grow your customer database using email marketing and social media tools.

If you don’t have the resources or the time we can manage everything for you.

Website hosting

Our web hosting partner WP Engine specialises in a managed hosting environment dedicated to WordPress websites and apps.

Website speed and security

Fast, reliable and secure, all our WordPress websites are hosted with WP Engine in the Google Australia data centers.

Daily malware scans, updated firewall and nightly backups keep your website safe. Monthly affordable payments ensure your website continues to work well and keeps you connected to your customers online.

Web maintenance

Websites require regular software updates and maintenance once they’re live. We provide phone and email support, plugin theme and WordPress core updates. Plus a FREE SSL Security Certificate.

Google announcement

In 2018, Google announced that it would flag any website that did not have an SSL Certificate (https) as an ‘insecure website’. Fortunately, Get in the Loop were already implementing SSL Certificates way before the announcement, so it did not affect any of our websites.

However in 2020, there are still a large number of business websites that are non-compliant.
